Global IME Bank urges shareholders to claim overdue dividend
Investors who have not yet received their dividend from Global IME Bank must present their share certificate and ID to the share department at Global IME Capital Limited in Naxal, Kathmandu, along with required copies of documents to claim the due dividend. Unclaimed dividends will be moved to the Investor Protection Fund under section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063.
