IME General Insurance Limited proposes a 6.84% dividend for FY 2078/79, pending approval from the Beema Samiti. The proposal also includes 6.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.06 crore and a 0.34% cash dividend of Rs. 58.21 lakh.
Ridi Power Company has proposed a 42.1% dividend, amounting to Rs 46.57 crores for FY 2078/79, subject to endorsement at its upcoming AGM. Once approved, the dividend will be distributed to shareholders.
The book closure date for Everest Bank’s 20.68% dividend is Mangsir 13; shareholders must be on record by then to receive the dividend. The bank’s 28th AGM, which will also approve the dividend, is scheduled for Mangsir 26 in Kathmandu.
Book closure for Sanima Bank (SANIMA) dividend is Mangsir 19; shareholders holding shares on that date are entitled to a 10.98% dividend comprising Rs. 11.10 crores cash and 10% bonus shares. The AGM will be held on Poush 3 to endorse this dividend.
Book closure for Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited’s 16.51% cash dividend is Mangsir 07, 2079; shareholders recorded before that date will receive the dividend and may attend the 36th AGM on Mangsir 25, 2079.
Prabhu Bank’s board has proposed an 8% dividend of Rs 1.01 Arba for FY 2078/79, with a 6.50% bonus share worth Rs 82.60 crores and a 1.50% cash dividend worth Rs 19.06 crores. The dividend will be paid after central‑bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming 21st AGM.
SEBON has preliminarily added NHPC’s 50% right shares to its pipeline; existing shareholders can apply soon for the Rs 82.21 crore issue of 8,221,459.7178 right share units.

Today is the last day to claim the 4.2105% dividend proposed by Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited. Shareholders holding NIFRA shares must close their books by Mangsir 01 to receive the Rs. 90,94,68,000 cash dividend (including tax) from a paid‑up capital of Rs. 21.60 Arba, and the AGM will be held on 10th Mangsir 2079.
A dividend of Rs 2.01 Arba (11%) will be distributed only after central bank approval and endorsement by the upcoming AGM. The company’s transaction on the secondary market is halted since 10 June 2022 due to merger negotiations with Mega Bank Nepal Limited.
