Shareholders will receive a 7.6337% cash dividend directly into bank accounts from 6th Mangsir. Shareholders who have not dematerialised their shares or updated their bank information in their demat account are requested to do so to ensure receipt of the dividend.
The board of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. has proposed a 10.53% dividend of Rs. 1.03 arba for FY 2078/79, to be distributed only after approval from the central bank and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
Shareholders holding Sanima Life Insurance shares before Ashad 08 are entitled to receive 4.42% bonus shares and a 0.22% cash dividend; the bonus shares are already listed on NEPSE.

The board of Nepal Hydro Developer Limited proposed a 5.02632% cash dividend for FY2078/79 on 11th Mangsir 2079. The dividend, amounting to Rs 8.41 lakh, will be distributed only after endorsement at the next AGM.
Shareholders holding ALICL shares before Ashwin 04 are eligible for 14.50% bonus shares now listed on NEPSE, along with a 0.76% cash dividend of Rs 1.93 crores.
NRB has removed the 30% ceiling on microfinance dividend distributions, effective Monday Mangsir 12, 2078, allowing institutions to pay cash dividends above 30% of distributable profit provided that if a dividend exceeds 20% it is deposited 50% into a general reserve fund.
NIC Asia Capital will distribute a 6% cash dividend from FY 2078/79, paid directly to bank accounts starting Mangsir 09. Unit holders with Demat accounts must update banking details to receive the payment.
