The 4th AGM of Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal is scheduled for 14th Poush, 2079 at 3 PM, where shareholders will vote to approve a 14.70% cash dividend of Rs. 72.73 lakhs for FY 2078/79.
Dividend proposal is pending approval by Beema Samiti and the upcoming AGM. Proposed dividend of 10.5263% would distribute 10% bonus shares and a 0.5263% cash dividend of Rs. 69.28 lakhs on paid‑up capital of Rs. 1,32,66,14,355.
