Book closure for dividend and AGM on Poush 20; shareholders holding Shivam Cements shares before that date are entitled to a 10.53% cash dividend (Rs. 46.33 crore). The 7th annual general meeting will be held on Poush 29, 2079.
Dividend of 0.263 % in cash worth Rs 5.59 crores will be paid only after endorsement by HIDCL's upcoming AGM, while a 5 % bonus share distribution worth just over Rs 1.06 arba is also proposed.
Shareholders who hold NMB Bank shares before Poush 11, 2079 will receive the announced 8.25% cash dividend for FY 2078/79. The 27th AGM will be held on Poush 25, 2079, where the dividend and the appointment of auditors will be approved.

GLBSL’s 117th board meeting on Mangsir 27 approved a 4.210% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising 4% bonus shares worth Rs. 39 lakhs and 0.2105% cash dividend of slightly over Rs. 2.05 lakhs. The dividend will be distributed after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
ICRA Nepal will hold its 10th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079 at Aloft Kathmandu Thamel at 2 pm to approve a 72.17316% dividend. The board earlier decided to distribute a 52.17136% cash dividend worth Rs. 3.13 crores and 20% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.20 crores, and will also endorse the auditor’s report and appoint a new auditor for 2079/80.
9,535,760.99 units of Radhi Bidyut right shares are now tradeable on NEPSE. These shares were issued at 147.52% rights, worth Rs. 95.35 crore, to existing shareholders.

Dividend of Rs 6.85 Arba (30%) awaits central bank approval and AGM endorsement before disbursement. It will be paid on paid‑up capital of Rs 22.83 Arba, along with 18.50% bonus shares worth Rs 4.22 Arba and 11.5% cash dividend worth Rs 2.61 Arba.
