Shareholders holding Bottlers Nepal Terai and Bottlers Nepal Limited shares before Poush 20, 2079, are entitled to cash dividends of Rs 60 per share and Rs 20 per share, respectively, when the AGMs convene on Poush 27, 2079. The BNT AGM will commence at 10 am and the BNL AGM at 3 pm at Hotel Radisson.
Prime Commercial Bank Limited proposes an 8.95% dividend for FY 2078/79, consisting of 4.95% bonus shares worth Rs 92.35 crore and 4% cash dividend worth Rs 74.62 crore. The payout will be made only after central bank approval and the company’s AGM endorsement.

Shareholders recorded before Poush 08, 2079 are entitled to an 8.4211 % dividend. The 74th AGM of Nepal Insurance Company will be held on Poush 22, 2079 at 11 am at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan.
Distribution will occur only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM; the board has proposed a 12% dividend of Rs. 1.72 Arba on the paid‑up capital of Rs. 14.40 Arba, with LTP at Rs. 277.
Shikhar Insurance Company Limited has proposed a Rs.38.50 crore dividend (16.8421% of paid‑up capital), which will be paid only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at its upcoming AGM.
Mandakini Hydropower Limited will propose a 5% cash dividend on its FY 2078/79 distributable profits at the next annual general meeting. This is the company's first dividend distribution based on its paid‑up capital.

Today is the last day to claim dividends from Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) and Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL). Prabhu Bank is offering an 8% dividend worth Rs 1.01 Arba with book closure on Poush 01, while Chilime proposes a 15% dividend worth Rs 1.01 Arba with book closure on Poush 03.
