Mero Microfinance Laghubitta will distribute a 20% dividend for FY 2078/79, consisting of a 10% bonus and a 10% cash dividend of Rs. 12 crores each, after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Annual General Meeting. The proposal is based on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 1.20 arba.
The board of Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) has proposed a 13.1579% dividend, including a 0.6579% cash payout on paid‑up capital, to be paid only after approval by the central bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
