Shareholders of Siddhartha Insurance Limited who held shares before Poush 18, 2079 (book closure) are entitled to a 9% bonus share allocation and a Rs. 61.01 lakh cash dividend for FY2078/79. The 21st AGM will be held at 11 am on 29th Poush, 2079 to endorse the dividend.
