The AGM for NCHL will be held on 28 Poush 2079; shareholders must approve a 2% cash dividend worth Rs 1.13 crore (incl. tax) and 38% bonus shares amounting to 21,57,122 shares.
Central Finance has approved a 5% cash dividend of Rs 4.74 crore for FY2078‑79, payable to shareholders upon the 26th AGM.
The board has proposed a 30% bonus dividend worth Rs 3.84 cr (plus a 1.58% cash dividend of Rs 19.20 lakh) for FY 2078/79, pending central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The company has also signed a merger MoU with AKBSL.

The 24th AGM of Machhapuchchhre Bank is scheduled for 29th Poush, 2079, but no dividend will be distributed for FY 2078/79. Book closure for the AGM will be on 17th Poush, 2079.
Book closure for Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank's 21st AGM is on 18th Poush 2079; shareholders recorded before that date are eligible for a 6.47% cash dividend and 4% bonus shares. The AGM will be held at 10:00 AM on 29th Poush 2079 (13th January 2023) at Nepal Stock Compound.
Investors holding shares until Poush 30 (Jan 14) are entitled to a 12.5% dividend for FY2078/79 and can attend Butwal Power Company’s 30th AGM at Karki Banquet, Kathmandu, starting 11 am that day.
Shree Investment Finance Company’s 28th AGM will be held on 29th Poush. Book closure for attendance is on Poush 19, so shareholders registered by that date can attend and vote.
Book closure for Mandakini Hydropower Limited is on Poush 21; shareholders registered at that date are eligible for the 5 % cash dividend from FY 2078/79. The AGM, where directors will be elected, is scheduled for Poush 30 at Anupam Foodland, Battisputali at 3:00 PM.
