Book closure to claim the 30% dividend is on Poush 17; shareholders recorded before that date will receive the dividend.
No dividend will be paid to Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited shareholders for FY 2077/78. The Board resolved this on Poush 08, 2079.
Shareholders holding CYC Nepal Laghubitta titles before Poush 19 will receive a 31.58% dividend worth Rs. 3.84 Crores; the 4th AGM is scheduled for Poush 30, 2079 at 11 AM in Pokhara.
