20% bonus shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited are now listed on NEPSE; shareholders should note that a 21.053% dividend of Rs. 23,34,25,020.01, based on the paid‑up capital, has been distributed.
Today is the last day to secure dividends for eight listed companies, including SHIVM, MNBBL, and HDL. The book closure for all eight companies is Poush 20, after which shareholders must close positions to qualify for the dividend payouts.

Today is the final day to attend the AGM and claim the dividends declared by Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited, Butwal Power Company Limited, Siddhartha Insurance Limited, Himalayan Bank Limited, Nabil Bank Limited and Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited. The Poush 18 book closure date means only shareholders registered today will receive the payouts.
Shareholders must be registered before Poush 25 to receive the rights offer. Life Insurance Corporation Nepal will issue 88.45% rights shares worth Rs. 234.68 crore on its paid‑up capital of Rs. 2,65,32,00,000.
Today is the last day for shareholders to be entitled to dividend payouts at six firms; book‑closure dates are Poush 17. Their AGMs, held on 29th–30th Poush, 2079, will approve dividends ranging from 5% to 30% of paid‑up capital.
