Shareholders registered before Magh 03, 2079 are entitled to a 15.79% dividend (15% bonus shares and 0.79% cash). The 27th AGM will be on Magh 15, 2079 to endorse this dividend and appoint next year’s auditor.
The board of Api Power Company Limited approved a 7.8947% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising 7.5% bonus shares and 0.3947% cash dividend (including tax). The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement at the company’s upcoming 19th AGM.

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has proposed a 20% dividend for FY 2078/79, consisting of Rs.2.19 crore cash and 19% bonus shares worth Rs.41.70 crore. The proposal is pending Rastra Bank approval and will be finalized at the upcoming AGM.
