Today is the last day to secure the 6.316% dividend proposed by IME General Insurance Limited (IGI). The meeting on 9 Magh 2079 at Hotel Le Himalaya, Lazimpat, Kathmandu will endorse the dividend, while the book closure runs from 27 Poush to 6 Magh.
Dividend of 21.05% (Rs 29.21 crores) proposed, comprising 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash payment. Distribution will occur only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.

Dividend of 7.05% (Rs 1.28 Arba) for Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) is subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at its 27th AGM. PRIN and Ajod Insurance Limited signed a merger Memorandum of Understanding on 32 Ashad 2079.
Jyoti Bikash Bank has proposed a 6.80% dividend of Rs 29.02 crore for FY 2078/79, to be paid after central bank approval and AGM endorsement. The bank’s last traded price is Rs 316.
