Shareholders must be registered before Magh 25, 2079 to qualify for the 16.8421% dividend of Rs 38.50 crore, which will be endorsed at Shikhar Insurance Company’s 17th and 18th AGM held that day. The meeting will also elect an independent director and approve an auditor for FY 2079/80.
Book closure for the 42.1% dividend is on Magh 18, 2079; shareholders recorded before that date will receive the dividend. The company also proposes to issue 77,44,506 units of 1:0.50 rights shares, and the 21st AGM is scheduled for Magh 29, 2079.
Book closure for Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance's 6.84% dividend ends on Magh 20; shareholders on record before that day are eligible for the dividend. The company will convene its 21st AGM on 27 Magh to approve the dividend and other agendas.
Bonus shares of Gurans Life Insurance (GLICL), RU RU Jalbidhyut Pariyojana (RURU) and Mega Bank Nepal (MEGA) are now tradable on NEPSE. GLICL is issuing 7.842% dividend and 7.4425% bonus (15,51,200 units worth Rs 15.51 crore, with a 0.3917% cash dividend of Rs 81.64 lakhs); RURU offers a 10% bonus (4,48,476.05 units) and a 0.5263% cash dividend; MEGA provides a 4% bonus (64,48,184.58 units worth Rs 64.48 crore) and a 3.79% cash dividend worth Rs 61.2 crore.
Book closure for the 8.421% dividend is Magh 18; shareholders recorded before that are eligible for Rs. 72,81,595 cash dividend plus bonus shares. AGM will be held Magh 27, 2079 at Maitri Hall, with loan approval for 14.5 MW Budum Khola Hydroelectric Project.
API will issue 16,533,137 right shares at a 1:0.40 ratio to pay off debt from ongoing projects, pending approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and SEBON.
Book closure for Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is on Magh 17; shareholders registered before that date are eligible for the 23.1579% dividend and may attend the AGM on Magh 28, 2079.
The 7 % cash dividend (including tax) is now deposited in the bank accounts of Former Nepal Investment Bank Limited shareholders. Shareholders who still hold physical shares or have outdated bank details in their Demat account must dematerialise shares or update bank information to receive the dividend.
Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed an 11.58% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising an 11% bonus (≈Rs 94.38 lakhs) and 0.58% cash (≈Rs 4.96 lakhs). Dividend distribution will occur only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
The board has announced a 20% bonus share distribution worth Rs. 8,29,02,656.95 for FY 2078/79, subject to approval at the upcoming AGM and from the Nepal Rastra Bank.
