KMCDB proposes a 20% dividend, comprising 19% bonus shares and a 1% cash dividend. The proposal requires approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and will be finalized at the upcoming AGM.
On the 141st board meeting held on Magh 9, National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited announced a 38.5% bonus dividend; trading was halted during the announcement and will resume after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
EDBL bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE. The 8.5% bonus, totaling 9,79,023.3182 units and worth slightly over Rs. 9.79 crores, was distributed along with a 0.3% cash dividend of Rs. 51.52 lakhs; the shares trade at an LTP of Rs. 368.90.
Shareholders must be registered before Falgun 3, 2079 (book closure ends) to qualify for the 8.42% cash dividend of Rs. 15,88,76,126. The 26th AGM will take place on Falgun 3, 2079 at 11 AM, where this dividend will be endorsed.
Shareholders holding shares before 18th Magh are entitled to the 42.1% dividend and may attend the AGM on 29th Magh; the meeting will also approve other agenda items.
ICFC Finance has distributed a 5% cash dividend directly to shareholders' bank accounts as of 29th Poush, 2079, and is urging shareholders with un‑updated bank details or undematerialised shares to update in order to receive the dividend. Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited also distributed 19% bonus shares and a 1% cash dividend; shareholders holding a loan before the book‑closure date must obtain a No Objection Letter to claim the dividend.
NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has started depositing its 5.26% cash dividend of Rs 6.43 crores directly to shareholders’ bank accounts, while Central Finance Limited is currently distributing a 5% cash dividend of Rs 4,74,43,772.94 to shareholders today. Shareholders should ensure their shares are dematerialised, update bank information in their Demat account and provide a No Objection Letter if a loan was taken against shares before the book closure date to receive the dividend.
Dividend of Rs. 7.68 crores, comprising 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend, will be distributed only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
The dividend of Rs 11.05 crore (20%) for FY 2078/79 will be paid after central bank approval and the upcoming AGM. GILB’s board approved it on Magh 04, also proposing a 12% bonus and an 8% cash dividend.
Union Life Insurance Company Limited has called its 5th AGM on 26th Magh 2079, where shareholders will vote to endorse an 8.97% bonus‑share issue. Shareholders registered before the 16th Magh book‑closure date will receive the dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
