Soaltee Hotel Limited has already distributed a 21.315% cash dividend to shareholders' bank accounts. Shareholders who have not dematerialized their shares or updated bank details should do so promptly, and those who held loans against the shares before the book closing date must submit a No‑Objection Letter to realise the payment.
Manakamana Smart Laghubitta has proposed a 5% dividend of Rs. 70.87 lakhs for FY 2078/79. Distribution will be contingent on Nepal Rastra Bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.

4% bonus shares worth Rs. 73.23 crores of Nepal Investment Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE following the 36th AGM held on 7th Poush 2079, which also approved an 11% dividend for FY2078/79 and a 7% cash dividend of Rs 1.28 arba. The merger of NIB with Mega Bank Nepal Limited completed on Poush 27 2079, forming Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, with a swap ratio of 100:90.
Shareholders of Shivam Cements and Chilime Hydropower must confirm that their demat accounts are updated to receive the recently distributed cash dividends; Shivam Cements disbursed a 10.53% dividend totaling Rs. 46.33 Crores, while Chilime Hydropower paid a 7.5% dividend of Rs. 50.63 Crores. Those who have taken loans against these shares before the book closure must also submit a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to obtain their dividend.
Synergy Power Development Company has received preliminary ERC approval to issue a 2:1 right offering of 50% of its paid‑up capital; shares will be distributed only after SEBON approval and will be available to existing shareholders.
Bonus shares of Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) and Civil Bank Limited (CBL) have been listed on NEPSE following their AGM dividend approvals. KLBSL issued 20% bonus shares totaling 7,85,617.75 units and a 20% dividend for FY 2077/78, while CBL issued 5% bonus shares of 45,37,921.95 units and a 0.26% cash dividend for FY 2078/79; current LTPs are Rs. 875 and Rs. 224.8 respectively.
Today is the last day to secure dividends from Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH), Ridi Power Company Limited (RIDI), and Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC). Shareholders holding shares before Magh 18, 2079 can claim TRH’s 8.42% cash dividend worth Rs. 1,588,761,26, RIDI’s 42.1% dividend including a 2.10% cash dividend of Rs. 232,335,18, and AHPC’s 8.421% dividend worth Rs. 21.11 crore.
The proposal details an 11.58% dividend comprising 11% bonus shares and a 0.58% cash dividend, to be distributed after Central Bank approval.
