The board has decided to submit a proposal to issue 150% right shares, equivalent to a 1:1.5 ratio, at the next annual general meeting. If approved, the paid‑up capital would rise from Rs.38.69 crore to Rs.96.74 crore.
Siddhartha Insurance Limited has listed 9% bonus shares on NEPSE, enabling investors to trade the newly available shares. The bonus distribution was approved in a 21st AGM on 29th Poush, 2079.
Cash dividends of Rs 60 per share for BNT and Rs 20 per share for BNL have been distributed. Shareholders still holding shares in dematerialized form must update bank info, and those who took loans against shares must submit a No Objection Letter before book closure to receive the dividend.
Today is the final day to hold shares for the 7.05% dividend from Prabhu Insurance, 11.58% dividend from Civil Laghubitta and 18.95% dividend from Sabaiko Laghubitta. Shareholders must hold titles through the book closure dates—Falgun 12 for Prabhu Insurance, Falgun 14 for Civil Laghubitta and Sabaiko Laghubitta—before the respective AGMs on Falgun 23, 29 and 26.
Samudayik Laghubitta (SLBSL) proposes a 21.052% dividend worth Rs. 2.77 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The dividend will be distributed only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has approved a 7.3684% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising a 7% bonus share issue and a 0.3684% cash dividend worth about Rs 17.36 lakhs, pending central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
13% bonus shares of Everest Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE. The bank also approved a 20.68% dividend for FY 2078/79 and a 7.68% cash dividend.
Shareholders must be registered before the book closure on Falgun 16, 2079 to receive the 21.05% dividend and attend the AGM on Falgun 30, 2079; the 5th AGM will also approve a 1:1 share swap with Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
Shareholders of Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited are advised to attend the 8th AGM on 4th Chaitra to secure the proposed 11.57894737% dividend for FY 2078/79, with book closure on Falgun 21.
Today is the last day to claim dividends proposed to shareholders of Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL), Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) and Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL). CORBL proposes a 5.26% dividend of Rs. 2.63 crores, NGPL proposes a 5% dividend on its paid‑up capital of Rs. 1.76 Arba, and SWBBL proposes a 21.05% dividend of Rs. 23.62 crores.
