National Microfinance has reduced its bonus dividend for FY 2078/79 to 34.45%, amounting to roughly Rs 20.21 Crore. Shareholders must wait for approval at the upcoming AGM before the dividend is distributed.

Book closure for Swarojgar Laghubitta’s 23.157% dividend runs from Falgun 30 to Chaitra 11, 2079. Shareholders on record before Chaitra 11 are eligible for the dividend payout and may attend the 14th AGM on Chaitra 11 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan.

Shareholders registered on or before Chaitra 17, 2079 will receive an 8.983% dividend of Rs. 27.04 crores. The 18th AGM of Shangrila Development Bank is held at 10 AM on Chaitra 17, 2079 in Kathmandu.
Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited proposes a 15% bonus dividend of Rs. 11.87 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79, payable after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and completion of the company’s annual general meeting.
The Electricity Regulatory Commission has approved Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited (UPPER) to issue rights shares at a 1:1 ratio, to be presented at the upcoming 14th AGM. The proposal follows the board’s decision on Ashad 30, 2079.
CYC Nepal Laghubitta (CYCL) and Sanima Bank (SANIMA) bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE. CYCL's 3,64,925.51 unit bonus shares were listed with a 31.58% dividend of Rs. 3.84 Crores, while Sanima Bank's 1,13,27,377.33 unit bonus shares were listed with a 0.98% dividend and 10% bonus shares.
Mero Microfinance Laghubitta has issued 10% bonus shares directly to shareholders' DEMAT accounts. Shareholders who have not yet dematerialized are urged to do so at Global Ime Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu before the Poush 22 book‑closing deadline.
