Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has listed its 7.5% bonus shares on NEPSE, with a 15% dividend for FY 2078/79 and a 7.5% cash dividend of Rs. 50.63 crore already distributed. The current LTP is Rs. 475.30.
Hydroelectricity Investment & Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has listed its 43,57,185 unit right shares (HIDCLP) on NEPSE. These promoter shares are now tradable at the Rs.100 cut-off price.
Bonus shares worth 30% have been deposited into DEMAT accounts; shareholders should dematerialise with Global Ime Capital Limited promptly. Aadhikhola Laghubitta also announced a 31.58% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79.
Book closure for NLG Insurance Company is on Chaitra 13, 2079; shareholders registered by that date will receive a 10.5263% dividend. The 17th AGM will be held on Chaitra 20, 2079, to endorse the dividend and elect an independent director.
Book closure for United Modi Hydropower’s 7.368% dividend is Chaitra 09, 2079; shareholders on record before that date are entitled to the payout and may attend the AGM on Chaitra 23, 2079.
Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will not distribute any dividends for fiscal year 2078/79.
The 18.5% bonus shares of Nabil Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE, allowing investors to trade them immediately. The bank also announced a 30% dividend and an 11.5% cash dividend for FY 2078/79 based on its paid‑up capital.
Book-closure for the 3.5% dividend is on Chaitra 3, 2079. Shareholders registered on that date are eligible for the dividend and may attend the AGM on Chaitra 16, 2079.
Dividend of 15.7895% (Rs. 2.33 crore) will be paid for FY 2078/79, and shareholders on record before Chaitra 10 are entitled. AGM is scheduled for Chaitra 26, 2079 at Hotel New Era, Butwal, starting 11 AM, where the dividend will be formally endorsed.
Today is the last day for shareholders of Salt Trading Corporation Limited, Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, and Shangrila Development Bank Limited to claim the dividends announced for FY 2078/79; those holding shares until today are entitled to the dividends and may attend the respective AGMs.
