Shareholders registered as of Chaitra 17 will receive a 10.5263% dividend and 10% bonus shares. The AGM will be held at 12:30 PM on Baisakh 15 at City Square Pvt. Ltd., New Road, Pokhara.
Shareholders of Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited must register before Chaitra 29 to qualify for the 20% dividend. The company will hold its 13th AGM on the same day.
Shareholders who held Naya Sarathi Laghubitta shares before Chaitra 28 are eligible for the 20% dividend and may attend the AGM held at 1 PM in Hotel Jugal, Dhulikhel. Multi Purpose Finance has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager for its right shares issuance, which will be floated in a 1:0.35 ratio and increase the paid‑up capital to Rs 61.02 crore.
Shareholders must be recorded before Chaitra 20 to qualify for the 7.368% dividend (Rs. 3.47 crores) and attend the AGM on Chaitra 28.
Shareholders of Vijaya Laghubitta holding shares before Chaitra 28 are entitled to a 21.0526% dividend of Rs 6.73 crores and may attend the AGM, which will also approve a 1:1 share‑swap merger with Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

5% bonus shares of Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited have been listed on NEPSE today, enabling immediate trading. The board also approved a 5.02632% dividend for FY 2078/79, with a 0.02632% cash dividend for bonus share holders for tax purposes.
Siddhartha Bank Limited’s 1.56 crore bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE. The bank also announced a 13.16% dividend of Rs. 1.64 crore for FY 2078/79.
Shareholders must dematerialise their shares at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, to receive the 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 50.63 Crores each.
