The dividend rate for Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been reduced to 15% for FY 2078/79. Distribution will occur only after the company’s upcoming AGM and NRB approval following a Board of Directors meeting.
29,47,755.9338 bonus shares of Nepal SBI Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE, and the company has declared a 10.53% dividend for FY 2078/79, including a 7.53% cash dividend worth Rs. 73,98,86,735.
Shikhar Insurance Company Limited has listed its 16.8421% bonus shares (36.88 crore units) on NEPSE, offering a 0.8421% cash dividend for FY 2078/79. Current LTP is Rs 734.20.
