76,37,194.15 unit bonus shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE; the 16th AGM approved a 14.2105% dividend for FY 2078/79.
Today is the last day to claim the 20% dividend proposed by Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The AGM will be held on 28th Chaitra 2079 at Hotel Jugal, Dhulikhel starting at 1 PM, and shareholders registered until today are eligible for the dividend payout comprising a 19% bonus share worth Rs. 5.76 crores and a 1% cash dividend worth Rs. 30.33 lakhs.
CBBL will distribute a 3.26% cash dividend directly to shareholders' bank accounts starting today, 14th Chaitra. Shareholders are urged to dematerialize shares and update bank details in their Demat accounts; those with loans against shares must present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution.
SDLBSL, RSDC, API and NIL have listed 19%, 8%, 7.5% and 15% bonus shares respectively on NEPSE following endorsements of 20%, 11%, 7.8947% and 15.79% dividends for FY 2078/79. The bonus shares are valued at Rs. 6.10 Crores for SDLBSL and Rs. 6.44 Crores for RSDC, with cash dividends of Rs. 32.12 Lakh for SDLBSL, Rs. 2.41 Crores for RSDC and Rs. 1.38 Crores for NIL.
The board of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has revised the bonus dividend for fiscal year 2078/79 to 15%, effective from Chaitra 12, 2079. This change sets the bonus dividend at Rs. 8.80 crores, 15% of the company’s Rs. 58.66 crores paid‑up capital.
An 8% cash dividend has already been credited to bank accounts of shareholders. Shareholders who have not updated their beneficiary details or have loans against shares must submit the required documentation immediately.
Shareholders of Siddhartha Bank Limited now have 12.50% bonus shares credited to their DEMAT accounts, but must dematerialize their shares at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu. The bank also approved a 13.16% dividend worth Rs. 1.64 Arba for FY 2078/79.
NESDO has proposed a 73.68% dividend for FY 2078/79, consisting of 50% bonus shares and a 23.68% cash dividend of Rs. 6.03 crores. The cash dividend will be distributed only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Gurans Life Insurance proposes a 13.27% bonus dividend for FY 2077/78, which will be distributed only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company’s upcoming auction.
Today is the last day for shareholders to claim the proposed dividends from NLG Insurance Company Limited and Sikles Hydropower Limited and attend their AGMs. NLG will pay a 10.5263% cash dividend on a paid‑up capital of Rs 1,32,66,14,355, plus bonus shares worth Rs 13.26 cr and a 0.5263% cash dividend of Rs 69.28 lakhs, while Sikles will give a 10.526% cash dividend on a paid‑up capital of Rs 85 cr, equivalent to Rs 8.94 cr in cash. Book closure is on Chaitra 13 and AGMs on Chaitra 20.
