Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has proposed a 4.41% bonus share distribution and a 0.23% cash dividend for FY 2078/79, pending approval from the central bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Ridi Power Company's 44.25 lakh bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE. The company also declared a 42.1% dividend for FY2078/79 and a 2.10% cash dividend of Rs. 2,32,33,518.

Shareholders of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited must be recorded in the books before Chaitra 29, 2080 to be eligible for the 15% dividend of Rs. 4.23 crores, and the 10th AGM is scheduled for Baisakh 09, 2080.
