National Life Insurance Company Limited has proposed a 14.5% dividend for FY 2078/79. The dividend, comprised of 8% bonus shares valued at Rs. 37.12 crore and a 6.5% cash dividend of Rs. 30.16 crore, will be paid only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Today is the final chance for shareholders of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to claim the 14.75% cash dividend for FY 2078/79. Those closing the book on Baisakh 10 can attend the 5th AGM at Hotel Gajur Palace, Dharan, to receive the payout.

Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited has re-announced its 26th AGM, now scheduled for 10th Baisakh 2080 (previously 3rd Falgun 2079). The meeting will approve an 8.42% cash dividend of Rs. 15,88,76,126 based on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 1,88,66,54,000.
Pokhara Finance Limited, Union Life Insurance Company Limited and Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited have listed their bonus shares on NEPSE. PFL’s 4.16 million shares carry a 4.21% dividend for FY 2078/79, ULI’s 19.28 million shares reflect an 8.97% bonus for FY 2077/78, and MLBL’s 16.04 million shares feature a 10.47% dividend for FY 2078/79 alongside a 6.47% cash dividend.
Today is the last day to claim a 15 % dividend of Rs. 4.23 Cr for FY 2078/79 from Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited; shareholders registered until today can attend the 10th AGM on 9 Baisakh 2080 at 11 AM in Saptari and the dividend will be paid from the paid‑up capital of Rs. 28.21 Cr.
Excel Development Bank (EDBL) will not distribute a dividend for FY 2078/79. The decision was taken at the board meeting on Chaitra 27, 2079 and awaits clearance from the Nepal Rastra Bank and resolution at the upcoming AGM.
