Prabhu Life Insurance Limited has revised its dividend proposal, announcing a 9.8% bonus share distribution worth Rs. 19.60 crores and a 0.5158% cash dividend of Rs. 1.03 crores for FY 2077/78. Dividend approval remains pending from the Nepal Insurance Authority.

Jyoti Bikas Bank shareholders received 3% bonus shares and are advised to dematerialise them; tax payment for the 11% bonus shares FY 2077/78 must be remitted to account 2604020000001. Nepal Lube Oil shareholders received 25% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend for FY 2078/79; they are advised to dematerialise the bonus shares immediately.
Bonus shares for Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Salt Trading Corporation, Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bank and Mirmire Laghubitta Bank are now listed on NEPSE. ADBL offers 2% bonus shares with a 13% dividend and an 11% cash dividend on Rs.13.18 crore paid‑up; STC offers 10% bonus shares with a 5% cash dividend; SMFBS offers 20% bonus shares with a 1.0526% cash dividend on a 21.0526% dividend worth Rs.2.56 crore; MMFDB offers 23% bonus shares with a 23% dividend.
Citizens Investment Trust (CIT) has proposed a 26.3158% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising 25% bonus shares and a 1.3158% cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend is subject to approval by the Ministry of Finance and will be finalized at the upcoming AGM.
Rastra Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RULB) will not pay the previously announced 15% dividend for FY 2078/79 as Nepal Rastra Bank cancelled the proposal. The company had originally proposed 14.25% bonus shares and a 0.75% cash dividend of Rs 19.50 lakhs.
14.2857% bonus shares of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) are now listed on NEPSE, and the board approved a 0.7143% cash dividend for the paid‑up capital of Rs. 33.39 Crores.
Bonus shares of GILB, JBBL and NLO are now listed on NEPSE after board approvals, enabling investors to trade the 12% GILB, 3% JBBL and 25% NLO bonus shares along with their cash dividends.
The dividend for fiscal year 2078/79 has been revised to 15%, comprising a 0.75% cash dividend of Rs 12 lakhs and 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs 2.28 crores, pending Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement.
Today is the last trading day before the book‑closure on Baisakh 27 of Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited’s 1:0.75 rights offering; only shareholders recorded until today can apply for the 1.2 crore unit rights shares priced at Rs 100 par.
