Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
Agricultural Development Bank Limited has credited 2% bonus shares to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The bank also announced a 13% dividend on paid‑up capital of Rs. 13.18 Arba and an 11% cash dividend for FY 2078/79.
Bonus shares of NLG (10.526 %), LLBS (15 %), ILBS (20 %) and SABSL (18 %) have been listed in NEPSE. Each company also approved a cash dividend: NLG 0.5263 % (Rs 69.28 lakhs), LLBS 5 % (≈Rs 1.92 crore), ILBS 20 % of paid‑up capital (≈Rs 8.29 crore), and SABSL 0.95 % (≈Rs 25.57 lakhs).
Shangrila Development Bank Limited’s 8.53% bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE. The bank also approved an 8.983% dividend for FY 2078/79, amounting to Rs. 27.04 crores.
The Electricity Regulatory Commission approved AHPC’s rights share issuance of 18,679,626 units at Rs 100 par value, totalling Rs 1.86 billion, in a 1:1 ratio. These shares will fund 50% of the Rs 93.39 crore investment in the Likhu Khola 30 MW hydropower project and repay a loan for the Kabeli 'B'-1 project, with endorsement pending at the upcoming AGM.
Right shares offering opens on 22nd Jestha and closes on 10th Ashadh, 2080; shareholders must apply within this window to subscribe to 1:0.75 rights shares at Rs. 100 each, totaling 1,20,00,000 units.
Prabhu Life Insurance Limited and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited will hold their SGM and 5th AGM respectively on 26th Jestha, 2080 at 11:00 AM, to endorse a 1:1 share swap ratio for a merger. PLI will also approve 9.8% bonus shares worth Rs. 19.60 crore and a 0.5158% cash dividend of Rs. 1.03 crore for FY 2077/78.

Swabhimaan Laghubitta has distributed 20% bonus shares directly into the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders and recommends dematerialization. The 6th AGM also approved a 1.0526% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 2.56 crores for FY 2078/79.
12.35% bonus shares of Miteri Development Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE. The board also proposes a 13% dividend on paid‑up capital of Rs. 90.34 crores, plus a 0.65% cash dividend of Rs 58,72,282.46.
Both Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have distributed 14.2857% and 23% bonus shares, respectively, to shareholders' DEMAT accounts and urged them to dematerialize their shares. ALBSL also announced a 15% dividend on Rs 33.39 crores paid‑up capital and a 0.7143% cash dividend for tax purposes, while MMFDB declared a 23% dividend on Rs 53.12 crores paid‑up capital.
