Book closure for NHPC’s 50% rights offering ends on Ashad 01, 2080. Existing shareholders held before that date can subscribe to 8,221,459.7178 units of right shares, raising the paid‑up capital from Rs. 1.64 arba to Rs. 2.46 arba, with a total issue valued at Rs. 82.21 crore.
Chhyangdi Hydropower will offer existing shareholders 1:1 right shares in a 1:1 ratio, raising a total of Rs 38.69 crore.
