National Microfinance Laghubitta has distributed 15% bonus shares directly to shareholders' DEMAT accounts. During the 9th AGM on 15 Baisakh, a 15% dividend for FY 2078/79 was also approved.
Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) now has 19% bonus shares listed on NEPSE, allowing investors to trade the shares. The company also declared a 1% cash dividend of Rs 31.28 lakh for FY 2078/79.
Application to SEBON for the issuance of 100% right shares was filed on Jestha 22, 2080. Investors should note that the review is pending and the paid‑up capital could increase to Rs. 77.39 crores upon approval.
Book‑closure for Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited’s 15th AGM is on 3 Ashad, 2080; shareholders listed before this date may attend the meeting on 22 Ashad, 2080, where the company will approve a 150 % right‑shares issue to raise paid‑up capital to Rs. 80 Crores and invest in the Ganesh Himal Hydropower project. The AGM will also endorse the fiscal year 2078/79 financial reports and appoint the auditor for 2079/80.
The board has proposed a 6.84% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79, which will be disbursed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. Current LTP is Rs. 299.
Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends must submit a share certificate and proof of identity to B.O.K Capital Markets Limited in Naxal, Kathmandu today. Failure to do so will result in the dividend being deposited into the Investor Protection Fund under section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063.
Book closure is on Ashad 07; shareholders registered before that date will receive a 5% dividend. The AGM will be held on Ashad 15, and shareholders may attend.
15% bonus shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited are now listed on NEPSE, effective immediately. The company also approved a 15% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79 and a Rs. 8.80‑Crore bonus dividend.
Shareholders of former Rising Development Bank and Union Finance must claim their dividends by presenting share certificates and ID to Kumari Capital Limited, or the amount will be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund, per Companies Act section 182.
Supreme Court of Nepal denied Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta's request for an interim order, obligating the microfinance institution to distribute only 17.9342% in dividends.
