National Microfinance Laghubitta distributes 15% bonus shares
National Microfinance Laghubitta has distributed 15% bonus shares directly to shareholders' DEMAT accounts. During the 9th AGM on 15 Baisakh, a 15% dividend for FY 2078/79 was also approved.
Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) now has 19% bonus shares listed on NEPSE, allowing investors to trade the shares. The company also declared a 1% cash dividend of Rs 31.28 lakh for FY 2078/79.
