SEBON has approved Api Power Company Limited's proposal to issue 16,533,137 unit right shares (40% of existing shares), allowing the company to release application notices. The issuance will increase paid‑up capital to Rs. 5.78 Arba.
Asian Life Insurance Company has distributed 8.50% bonus shares directly to shareholders’ DEMAT accounts. Shareholders are urged to complete dematerialization to receive the bonus shares.

Three microfinance institutions—Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, and Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha—have listed bonus shares and cash dividends on NEPSE; ULBSL offers a 65% dividend with 405,232 bonus units and a 3.25% cash dividend, SKBBL offers a 26% bonus worth Rs. 40.67 crores with 40,67,475.6918 units and a 1.368% cash dividend, and NSLB offers a 20% dividend with 5,76,450.99 bonus units and a 1% cash dividend.
Shareholders must be on record before Ashad 14 (June 9) to qualify for the 15% dividend. AGM will be held on Ashad 22 (June 17) to approve dividend and elect directors.
Today is the final eligible day to apply for NHPC's 5:1 rights offering of 8,221,459.7178 units, closing at Rs. 226. The offering amounts to Rs. 82.21 crore and will raise paid-up capital from Rs. 1.64 to Rs. 2.46 Arba.
