Book closure for SPDL's 50% rights offering ends on Shrawan 12, 2080, and existing shareholders held before that date can subscribe to 4,032,875 right shares worth Rs. 40.32 crore. The offer will raise the paid‑up capital from Rs. 80.6575 crore to Rs. 120.98 crore.
