Rights issuance of 150% right shares on Rs. 80 crore paid‑up capital is effective from 10 April 2080. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as issue manager and Share Registrar for the offering.
The board of NIC Asia Capital announced a cash dividend of Rs. 9.20 crore, 46 % of current paid‑up capital, for FY 79‑80. The seventh AGM is scheduled for Shrawan 32 to approve the dividend.

8% bonus shares of NLICL have been listed on NEPSE; a 6.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 30.16 crore is also announced for FY 2078/79.
Auction of 15,77,211 HDHPC unclaimed right shares closes 29 Shrawan 2080; bidding opens 22 Shrawan with a minimum bid of Rs 100 per share.
Shareholders of former Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited and United Finance Limited must present share certificates and proof of identity to claim uncollected dividends at Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Narayanchaur, Kathmandu. Unclaimed dividends will be transferred to the Investor Protection Fund under section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063.
Book closure for MPFL's 35% rights offering is on 12th Shrawan, 2080. Existing shareholders before this date can subscribe to 1,582,000 right shares, adding Rs. 15.82 crore to the company's paid‑up capital.
The allotment of Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited's 1:0.75 right shares ended on 25 Ashad 2080, leaving 15,77,211 shares unclaimed. These shares will be auctioned by Laxmi Capital Markets Limited, the issue manager.
