Today is the last day to be eligible for the 1:1 rights offering of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited, which will issue 105,900,000 right shares increasing paid‑up capital from Rs. 10.59 Arba to Rs. 21.18 Arba. Book closure is on Shrawan 26, 2080 with yesterday’s last traded price at Rs 379 per share.
Book closure date for LUK and LEMF dividends is Shrawan 32. Unit holders registered before that date are entitled to a 9.5% cash dividend for LUK and an 8% cash dividend for LEMF for FY 2079-80.
MPFL’s rights issue opens 10th Bhadra and closes 31st Bhadra (office hours). Book closure for subscription is 12th Shrawan. Shareholders can subscribe to 0.35 right shares per ordinary share, up to 15.82 million units at Rs. 100 par value.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The company proposes a revised 15% cash dividend for FY2078/79, with a paid‑up capital of Rs. 25.50 Crores.
Shareholders of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited must pay the tax for its 15% bonus share to account KCL‑SURYODAYA WOMI TAX COLLECTION‑2078/79, account number 1290098407200020. The tax amount is payable by referencing the shareholder’s account number, name and phone number or email.
The Board of Directors of NIC Asia Capital Limited decided on 19 Shrawan 2080 to propose a 10% cash dividend (including tax) for the NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund (NADDF) for fiscal year 2079/80.
