Book closure for Sanima Bank Limited's 19th AGM is on 22 Ashwin, after which shareholders that hold shares will receive a 14.7% dividend for FY 2079/80. The AGM takes place on 2 Kartik at 11 a.m. in Kathmandu, where shareholders may attend and vote.
