Today is the last day to receive the dividend proposed by Sanima Bank Limited; the 19th AGM on 2nd Kartik, 2080 will endorse a 14.7% dividend, comprising a 5.7% cash dividend and a 9% bonus share distribution.
Unit holders of NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 and NMB 50 will receive a 15% cash dividend from 21st Ashwin, 2080 (NMB Hybrid Fund L-1) and 22nd Ashwin, 2080 (NMB 50). Unitholders who have not dematerialized shares or updated their bank account details are urged to complete these steps to ensure receipt of the dividend.
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 9.0528% dividend worth Rs. 7.87 crores for FY 2079/80, to be distributed after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and endorsement at its upcoming AGM. An additional 8.6% bonus share issue worth Rs. 7.47 crores and a 0.4528% cash dividend worth Rs. 39.35 lakhs are also proposed.
Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) has received SEBON approval to issue 200% right shares, totaling 11,000,000 units, to its existing shareholders. The allotment will raise paid‑up capital from Rs. 55 crore to Rs. 1.65 crore.
Unit holders of Global IME Balance Fund I must hold units until 24 Ashwin 2080 to be eligible for the dividend, with the book closure scheduled for 25 Ashwin 2080. The board has approved a 5% cash dividend of Rs.5.12 crore for FY 2079/80.
Investors have four days to subscribe to Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower’s 1:1 rights shares, with the offering closing on 22nd Ashwin 2080. The company will issue 105,900,000 units, doubling the paid‑up capital from Rs 10.59 Arba to Rs 21.18 Arba.

The 4th annual general meeting will be held on 26 Ashwin 2080 at Royal Kushma Resort, Kusma; book closure ends on the same day, so only holders on record till that date are eligible.
The auction of 82,123 promoter and 60,650 ordinary shares opens 29 Ashwin and closes 13 Kartik, 2080; minimum bid is Rs 100 per share with 100-unit lots for ordinary and 1,000-unit lots for promoter shares. The last traded price is Rs 295.10 per share.
4.75% bonus shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) are now listed on NEPSE. NRIC also declared a 0.25% cash dividend for tax purposes, a 5% dividend for FY 2078/79, and the shares closed at Rs. 660 yesterday.
