SADBL proposes a 5.263% dividend worth Rs. 17.19 crores for FY 2079/80; distribution will occur after central bank approval and the forthcoming AGM.
Today is the last day to be eligible for the 1:2 rights offering of Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL). The company will issue 11,000,000 right shares at Rs 1.10 crore each, increasing paid‑up capital to 1.65 arba, with the last traded price yesterday at Rs 175 per share.
Dividend will be paid only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement. The proposal includes a 12.3599% bonus share issued for Rs 15.95 crore and a 0.6505% cash dividend worth Rs 83.94 lakh on a paid‑up capital of Rs 1.29 Arba.
