Book closure for the proposed 31.58% dividend and AGM of Soaltee Hotel Limited is on 5th Poush 2080. Shareholders on record before that date are entitled to a cash dividend of Rs 235,147,950 and 5% bonus shares worth Rs 44,235,753.
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 13th Mangsir, 2080. The 17th AGM of Global IME Bank will be held Thursday, 28th Mangsir, 2080 (14 December 2023) at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 9 AM.
Shareholders listing before 7 Mangsir, 2080 are eligible for a 19% cash dividend (₹19 per share). The bank will convene its 37th AGM on 24 Mangsir, 2080 at the Army Officers Club, Kathmandu.
The 12th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Clearing House Limited will be held on 17 December 2023 at Hotel Raddision, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, starting at 12:15 PM. Key agenda items include approval of a 1.50% cash dividend of Rs. 1.17 crore, a 28.50% bonus share issue, a Rs. 2 billion authorized capital increase, and appointment of a new auditor.
Decision for a 15% dividend, consisting of 14.25% bonus shares and 0.25% cash, is pending NRB approval and will be adopted at the AGM. Bonus shares worth Rs. 1,89,66,750 and cash dividend of Rs. 9,98,250 will be issued; current LTP stands at Rs. 590.
Trading for Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is halted until NEPSE receives clarification, which must be submitted within three working days. The dividend declaration made on 22 Kalika 4:00 p.m. triggered the halt.
Book closure for the 11.05% dividend runs from 11th to 23rd Mangsir, 2080; shareholders registered by the close are entitled to the dividend and may attend the AGM on Mangsir 23.
Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited will pay a Rs 60 per share dividend for FY 2079/80. The book closure date has not yet been announced.
Miteri Development Bank has proposed a 10% dividend for FY 2079/80, to be distributed upon central bank approval and AGM endorsement; the current LTP is Rs. 392.30.
Today is the last day shareholders can claim the 10% cash dividend of Rs 13.63 cr proposed by Mandu Hydropower Limited. Book closure for the dividend and AGM will be on 4th Mangsir 2080; the AGM is scheduled for 15th Mangsir 2080 at Courtyard, Chhaya Center, Thamel, Kathmandu starting at 10 a.m.
