Book closure for BPCL’s proposed 5% cash dividend and 31st AGM is 19th Poush 2080. The meeting will also consider issuing 1 Crore FPO shares at Rs. 100 each to fund new hydropower projects.
The deadline for Ghalemdi Hydro Limited’s 200% right share offering has been extended to 16th Poush, 2080. The company will issue 11,000,000 units worth Rs. 1.1 Arba to existing shareholders, raising paid‑up capital from Rs. 55 Crores to Rs. 1.65 Arba.
Shareholders must be on the register by Poush 12 to qualify for the Rs.17.21 crore (15 %) dividend announced by First Microfinance Laghubitta; the company will hold its 14th AGM on Poush 28.
Dibyashwari Hydropower Company Limited has revised its right share issue proposal to a 1:1 (100%) ratio. The company plans to allocate 51 % of the proceeds to Five Khapan Hydropower and intends to use the remaining amount to repay bank loans, pending regulatory approval and final endorsement at the AGM.
Kumari Bank Limited and Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will not pay dividends for FY 2079/80; the decision was made at their board meetings on Mangsir 28, 2080 (KBL) and Mangsir 28 (GMFBS).
Remaining 1,701,9530 right shares will be sold via auction. Paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 21.18 Arba; last traded price is Rs 206.
Shareholders must claim their FY2074/75 dividend within a month at Nepal SBI Merchant Banking, Thamel, presenting ID and share certificate. The dividend has already been distributed, and the bank is reminding investors to collect it.
Book closure for dividend claims is Mangsir 29; SBI has proposed a 10.55% dividend and Nabil a 11% dividend, both to be approved at AGMs on 13th and 12th Poush 2080 respectively.
The 15th AGM of Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited will be held on 20th Poush 2080 at 11 a.m., with a book‑closure date of 6th Poush; shareholders who wish to attend and exercise rights (issued at 1:1.5 on Rs. 40 crore paid‑up capital) must be on record before that date.
Central Bank of Nepal has ordered Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) to revise its dividend proposal to 15% for FY 2079/80, which will result in a 14.25% bonus share distribution worth Rs. 47.47 crore and a 0.75% cash dividend worth Rs. 2.49 crore.
