Shareholders registered before the 19 Poush book‑closure date will receive a 10.2632% dividend and may attend the 17th AGM on 28 Poush. The AGM will also cover auditor appointment and a potential merger with a development bank.

Shareholders recorded on or before Poush 17 are entitled to a 14.7369% dividend; book closure ends Poush 29 and the AGM is held on Poush 29.
