Today is the last day to secure the proposed dividends for seven listed companies, with the book closure set for Poush 19. Dividend rates range from 5% cash at BPCL to 15% at SHIVM, plus a 40 per share cash dividend from NTC, a 7.37% dividend at LSL and a 10% cash dividend from GILB.

SEBON has added Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited’s 65% right shares to its preliminary review pipeline. The company will issue 2,414,100 units worth Rs. 24.14 Crores, increasing paid‑up capital from Rs. 37.14 Crore to Rs. 61.28 Crore.
