On Poush 19, 2080, SEBON approved Ridi Power Company’s 50% rights offering of Rs. 77.44 crore, issuing 7,744,506 units, and Arun Valley Hydropower’s 100% rights offering of Rs. 1.86 crore, issuing 18,679,626 units. The rights offers will fund the Tallo Balephi hydropower project and the Likhu Khola 30 MW project.
