NIC Asia Bank Limited has distributed a 29% bonus share directly to shareholders' DEMAT accounts and is urging all holders to update their bank information in the DEMAT account to receive the bonus. The company also approved a 30.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Today is the last day for shareholders to secure the 5.2632% dividend from Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited. The dividend includes a 5% bonus share component and a 0.2632% cash payout, with the book closure on Poush 29.
Board meeting on Poush 25 approved a 15.79% dividend for FY 2079/80, comprising 15% bonus shares and a 0.79% cash dividend. Salt Trading Corporation closed at Rs. 5,400.00 yesterday.
Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has cancelled all dividend payments for FY 2079/80. The earlier announced 14.25% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend of Rs. 9,98,250 are now withdrawn.
Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) will not distribute any dividends for FY 2079/80, following its 127th Board Meeting on Poush 26, 2080. The decision is subject to approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and will be confirmed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The remaining 29.25% of Ghalemdi Hydro Limited’s right shares will soon be auctioned to the general public and institutions, while non-allotted applicants will be reimbursed on 29th Poush 2080.
Himalayan Everest Insurance proposes a 15% dividend for FY 2079/80, consisting of 8.63% bonus shares worth Rs. 19.86 crore and 6.37% cash dividend worth Rs. 14.66 crore. Distribution will occur only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
The board on Poush 24 has proposed a 16.84% dividend for FY 2079/80, consisting of a 16% bonus share packet valued at Rs. 64 crore and a 0.84% cash dividend of Rs. 3.36 crore, pending approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Auction of 1,70,19,530 unclaimed right shares of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited is ongoing and will close on 29th of Poush, 2080. Minimum bid is Rs.100 per share, with bids in 100‑unit increments up to 500,000 shares.
Sanima Bank Limited’s 9% bonus shares have been listed on NEPSE today, allowing investors to trade at the closing price of Rs. 249.00. The company also announced a 5.7% cash dividend for FY 2079/80.
