Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited announced it will not distribute dividends for Fiscal Year 2079/80. The decision was reached at the 415th Board Meeting on Poush 29, 2080 and awaits final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders of NDC Limited who have not yet dematerialized their shares or updated bank details may still receive the Rs 40 per share dividend being deposited today. Investors who obtained loans against shares before the book‑closure date must provide a No Objection Letter from their lender to claim the dividend.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has approved a 6.40% cash dividend for shareholders. The 20th AGM concluded with acceptance of fiscal year 2079/80 results.
Muktinath Bikas Bank has approved a 10.26% dividend for shareholders, comprising a 9.75% bonus share issue and a 0.51% cash dividend.
Both Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have decided not to distribute dividends for FY 2079/80 following their Board Meetings on Poush 26 and 28, 2080.
No dividend will be paid for the fiscal year 2079/80. The decision was made at IGI's 10th Board Meeting on Poush 29, 2080 and remains pending regulatory approval.
The 5.79% dividend will be paid only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at NLG's upcoming AGM. It includes a 0.28947% cash dividend of Rs. 42.24 lakhs and 5.5% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 8.02 crores.
