Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited has paid an 11% cash dividend to shareholders; investors who had taken loans against their shares before the book closing date must now provide a No Objection Letter to receive the dividend.
United Ajod Insurance has proposed a 10.8013% dividend for FY 2079/80, pending approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The board decision, made on Magh 04 2079, also includes a 10.2612% bonus share issue and a 0.5401% cash dividend for tax purposes.
Shareholders must visit Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited, New Baneshwor, within one month to claim their 2074/75 dividends. The bank has urged investors who have not yet claimed their dividends to act quickly.

ICFC Finance Limited concluded its 20th annual general meeting on Poush 29, approving a 6.55% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. New auditors for fiscal year 2080/81 are Mr. N. Amatya and K. Chartered Accountants.
Chhimek Laghubitta has approved a 15% dividend for shareholders, split into a 10% cash payout and a 5% bonus share. The company also announced an increase in paid‑up capital from Rs. 2.83 Arba to Rs. 2.97 Arba.
