Agricultural Development Bank Limited has decided not to distribute any dividends for FY 2079/80 following its 1078th Board Meeting on Magh 25, 2080. The financial statements are pending approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The 30th Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Everest Insurance Ltd. on 25 Magh 2080 resulted in a 15% dividend declaration, comprising 6.37% bonus shares and 8.63% cash dividend.

Magh 25 is the last day for shareholders to be recorded on the register to receive NLG Insurance Company Limited’s proposed 5.78947% dividend and bonus shares. The 18th AGM will convene on 3rd Falgun at Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
