The 7.5% bonus shares of First Micro Finance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been listed on NEPSE and will trade at Rs.580.00 per share. The company also confirmed a 15% dividend for FY 2079/80 and a 7.5% cash dividend for tax purposes.
Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has proposed a 5% cash dividend for FY 2079/80, pending approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority. The dividend will be finalized at the upcoming AGM, and SALICO shares closed at Rs.658.00 as of today.

Book closure is Falgun 17, 2080; shareholders holding shares at close may attend the 17th AGM on Falgun 30, 2080 at 11 am. The bank will not pay dividends for FY 2079/80.
