Shareholders of Bottlers Nepal Limited (BNL) and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT) must claim the 2074/75 dividends within one month, filing at Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu. Current LTP for BNT is Rs. 15,402.00 and for BNL is Rs. 22,834.00.
14,17,701 bonus shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) and 17,95,799.25 bonus shares of Universal Power Company Limited (UPCL) are now listed on NEPSE. CBBL approved a 15% dividend and a 5% bonus share allocation worth Rs 14.17 cr, while UPCL approved a 9% dividend and an 8.55% bonus share allocation worth Rs 28.35 cr.
