The Electricity Regulatory Commission has granted Barahi Hydropower Limited final approval to issue 1:1 right shares, doubling its paid‑up capital to Rs 50 crores to fund the Simkosh Khola (3.45 MW) and Lower Theule Khola (0.75 MW) projects. The shares will be offered to existing shareholders once SEBON approval is obtained.
