Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited listed its 14.25% bonus shares on NEPSE today. The 22nd AGM concluded with endorsement of a 15% dividend and a 0.75% cash dividend (incl. tax) and shares closed at Rs 822.00.
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has listed 16% bonus shares on NEPSE, allowing investors to trade the new units. The company also approved a 16.84% cash dividend for fiscal year 2079/80.
