Bonus shares of NLG Insurance Company Limited (8,02,601.69 units) and Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (4,39,040.65 units) have been listed on NEPSE. NLG endorsed a 5.78947% dividend for FY 2079/80, while SLBBL endorsed a 7.3684% dividend for FY 2079/80.
Book closure for Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower's 1:1 rights offering is on Jestha 23, 2081; shareholders who hold shares before that date are eligible to attend the special general meeting on Jestha 30, 2081, where approval of a 100% rights issue and capital increase will be sought.
Shareholders must attend the SGM on 31st Jestha, 2081 to vote on the 15% right share issue; book closure is on 25th Jestha, 2081.
Bonus shares of Kalika Power Company Limited (7,93,500 units) and additional shares of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (68,42,100 units) were listed on NEPSE today. KPCL also announced a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2079/80 and a Rs 41.76 lakhs cash dividend.

United Ajod Insurance proposes a 100:15 rights issuance worth Rs. 31.50 Crores to raise paid‑up capital to Rs. 2.41 Arba. The capital target of Rs. 2.50 Arba must be met by the end of Ashad 2081, so approval from NIA and SEBON is required.
Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) has received final approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue 100% right shares. The board met on Poush 20, 2080, and the issuance will proceed only after SEBON approval, with the company's share price at Rs. 601.70.
United IDI Mardi, RB Hydropower Limited, and Samata Gharelu Laghubitta have listed their FY 2079/80 bonus shares on NEPSE, offering 5.50% (UMRH) and 5.4222% (SMATA) bonus shares. UMRH closed at Rs. 359.50 and SMATA at Rs. 938.
1.86M right shares of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company are now listed on NEPSE following the auction of 19,92,134 unsubscribed units from 10-24 Baisakh 2081 at a tentative cut-off price of Rs. 144.
Book closure for the 26.3158% dividend is 14th Jestha, 2081; shareholders registered before that date will receive the dividend and can attend the AGM on 28th Jestha, 2081.
