Prabhu Insurance Company has applied to issue 50.15% right shares worth Rs. 85.50 Crores, adding 8,350,135.44 units to SEBON’s preliminary review pipeline.
Book close for AJKCL's 150% rights offering is on 1st Shrawan, 2081, and shareholders holding shares through Ashadh 31, 2081, are eligible. The offering will issue 12 million right shares, raising paid‑up capital to 2 Arba, with Nabil Investment Banking Limited as issue manager.
SuryaJyoti Life Insurance has credited 10.26% bonus shares to shareholders’ DEMAT accounts; shareholders must promptly dematerialise to secure the bonus. The company also approved a 24.74% cash dividend and a 35% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

Citizens Capital will manage issuance of 5,000,000 right shares for Sanima GIC Insurance Limited. The management agreement was signed in Kathmandu to streamline the process and enhance shareholder value.
Prabhu Insurance has finalized a rights share issuance of 83,50,135.44 shares at Rs.100 each, totaling Rs.83,50,13,544, to satisfy regulatory capital requirements. NIC Asia Capital will manage the issue and sales under the new agreement.
13% bonus shares of Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. have been listed on the NEPSE with a 0.6842% cash dividend; the shares trade at an LTP of Rs. 1,636.

United Ajod Insurance has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as the issuing and sales manager for its planned 15% right share issuance of current paid‑up capital.
